Returns/Refunds

7-Day Returns Policy (Pre-Loved Wholesale)

ThriftedGems (thriftedgems.co.uk) sells pre-loved wholesale clothing intended for resale. Because stock is second-hand, items will naturally vary in condition and may include signs of wear.

Condition Disclaimer (Important)

Our wholesale stock is pre-owned. This means items may include (but aren’t limited to):


  • light to heavy wear

  • bobbling/pilling

  • fading

  • missing size/care labels

  • loose threads

  • small holes or repairs

  • marks and stains

These are normal and expected in pre-loved wholesale and are not considered faults.

Returns Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on courier delivery confirmation). Returns must be approved by us before anything is sent back.

What We Accept Returns For

We only accept returns if we have made an error, such as:


  • you received the wrong order

  • items are missing from your order

  • the order arrived significantly damaged in transit (packaging clearly compromised)

What We Don’t Accept Returns For

Due to the nature of wholesale pre-loved stock, we do not accept returns for:


  • change of mind

  • dissatisfaction with condition (including stains/marks/wear)

  • items that don’t fit your personal reselling criteria

  • items damaged after delivery (washing, storage, handling)

  • any bundles/job lots/clearance/final sale stock (where stated)

Reporting Issues (48 Hours)

If there’s a genuine issue (wrong/missing/damaged in transit), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • clear photos of the items and packaging

  • photo of the shipping label

If you contact us after 48 hours, we may be unable to investigate with the courier/supplier and the claim may be declined.

How to Request a Return

Email [your support email] with the details above. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping


  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.

  • We strongly recommend tracked postage. We can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds / Resolutions

Once returned items are received and inspected (where applicable), we may offer a:


  • replacement (if available)

  • partial refund

  • store credit

  • full refund (in cases of our error)

Refunds are processed within [X] working days after inspection/approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault.
